Hey, morning folks! πŸ‘‹

Right then Edinburgh. Chocolate has been eaten. Rest has been had. It's time to get moving!

Two minutes to get you Thriving. Let's go! πŸŒ…

As a family, we had a busy weekend. Through to Fife on Saturday night to watch the Edinburgh Capitals lift the Scottish Cup and on Sunday we stopped by Morgan Playing Fields in Peffermill to watch the Edinburgh Rays vs Edinburgh Devils Baseball game.

So much good sport in the city and we are here for it!

Right. Enough chat, let’s get down to business.

Your route. Your choice. Can you beat it?

Three start options: St Andrew Square (5.5 miles), Foot of the Walk (7 miles) or Newhaven Terminus (7.5 miles).

Prizes for top finishers. Goodie bag for all who beat the tram.

Raising funds for Spencer Dayman Meningitis Research.

Sunday 26th April 2026, Tram departs 8am. 🎟️ £20, book ahead.

πŸ“Š This Week's Fitness Fact:

🀝 People who exercise with others are 95% more likely to stick to a routine than those who train alone. Find your people. Keep moving.

🌿 Exercising outdoors reduces cortisol levels twice as effectively as exercising indoors. Get outside.

🎯This Week’s Monday Mission:

Try something new this week.

Book a taster session at Access Parkour, sign up for Race the Tram or just get outside and move in a way you've never tried before. Comfort zones are overrated. πŸ’š
