Hey, morning folks! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Another week rolls around and the clocks have gone forward = more daylight, more excuses to get outside and more reasons to get moving, boom!

Two minutes to get you Thriving. Let's go! ๐ŸŒ…

Hope you all had a brilliant Easter weekend. You've eaten the chocolate. Every last bit of it. No judgement. But now it's time to move. ๐Ÿซ

As a we family headed down to Traade in Portobello yesterday for the Neighbourhood Ultra and what a morning it was. The weather was absolutely horrendous at times but the energy was brilliant. So many people out there looping the 5K route, pushing themselves and having a great time doing it. Exactly the kind of thing that makes Edinburgh special.

Right. Enough chat.
