Hey! Nashy here π
This week I've been out pounding the streets of Edinburgh, meeting the amazing people behind our local independent businesses.
From family run Pokemon card shops to tattoo artists who deliver such incredible work that customers come back just to give them a tip (seriously!).
The passion and graft these folks put in every single day is what makes Edinburgh special.
These are the local businesses keeping our city thriving.
The ones opening their doors early, staying late, and genuinely caring about this community.
I'll be announcing the winner of the Β£100 dinner voucher for a restaurant or takeaway of your choice! Keep an eye out π
Plus, I've got your weekend sorted with some absolute bangers happening around the city π
π Local Businesses Keeping Edinburgh Thriving
π΄ Pokecards

Run by Carol and Glenn, who epitomise true independent business culture!
Carol also works at a local charity and Glenn is helping out in the store when he can (he also works full time).
They opened the shop because their kids love Pokemon cards, and they hope to be able to pass the keys onto them one day to run the store themselves.
Pop in and pay them a visit or follow them on Instagram!
